A beautifully delicate piece to suit a perfect ear piercing.  This lightweight 14 carat gold micro labret is adorned with a round Cubic Zircon crystal gem.  This is prong set and held securely in place.  To wear, just untwist the gem attachment - the labret base is fixed to the internally threaded bar.
