Originally pioneered by Neometal, the push-fit design is by far the best jewellery to wear securely in a piercing.  Once in place, these ends will not fall out and unlike their threaded competitors, they will not need regular checks for tightening. The threadless pin is slightly bent to create a tight fit inside the labret.  To remove or insert, just tug gently on the round gem end and it will come apart from the post.
