This simple, yet lightweight titanium labret is a comfortable choice for a delicate ear piercing.  The tiny flat back disc is fixed but the ball is removable and will screw into jewellery with a 1.2mm internal thread.  Internal thread posts are comfortable to insert and less likely to cause trauma inside the piercing channel!
