We offer fully tracked and insured delivery options designed to safely transport fine jewellery.
Orders placed before 2pm (Tuesday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day unless otherwise stated.
Express Delivery uses Royal Mail Special Delivery or an equivalent insured next working day service.
Please note:
Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantees next working day delivery only. Saturday guaranteed delivery incurs an additional surcharge determined by Royal Mail and must be specifically selected at checkout.

RETURNS:
Due to hygiene regulations, body jewellery may only be returned if:
- unopened
- unworn
- unused
- and returned with all hygiene seals fully intact
Opened or worn jewellery cannot be refunded for health and safety reasons.
Returns must be requested through your
online customer account within 30 days of delivery.
