Isha Body Jewellery offers two types of Gift Card:

Instant Gift Cards

Delivered electronically to the email address specified at the time of purchase. Instant Gift Cards may be used online, in-store and towards eligible walk-in appointments or jewellery purchases.

Physical Gift Cards

Presented in a physical card format within a gift sleeve and available for purchase in-store at:

The following terms apply to both Instant and Physical Gift Cards.

GENERAL TERMS

Gift Cards:

• cannot be exchanged for cash

• cannot be refunded

• cannot be amended

• cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card

No change will be given where the Gift Card balance exceeds the transaction value.

Gift Cards may be used more than once where a balance remains on the card. Remaining balances may be checked by contacting the studio.

Additional offers, discounts, promotions or promotional codes may not apply when redeeming Gift Cards.

When ordering an Instant Gift Card, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the recipient email address is entered correctly. Isha Body Jewellery cannot be held responsible where an incorrect email address has been supplied and the Gift Card is redeemed by another party.

Isha Body Jewellery is not responsible for:

• lost Gift Cards

• stolen Gift Cards

• destroyed Gift Cards

• unauthorised use of Gift Cards

No replacement or reimbursement will be provided in these circumstances.

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expiry dates are shown on the Gift Card or accompanying email confirmation.

Expiry dates cannot be extended.

BODY PIERCING BOOKINGS

To avoid disappointment, recipients intending to use a Gift Card towards body piercing services must ensure they meet the criteria outlined within the Isha Body Jewellery Booking FAQs and Booking Cancellation Policy.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• minimum age requirements

• valid identification requirements

• medical conditions

• contraindications affecting safe piercing or healing

Body piercing appointments and jewellery changes must be booked in advance by the Gift Card recipient via the “Book Now” page on our website.

All body piercings remain anatomy-specific and subject to professional assessment on the day of the appointment. Where a requested piercing is not suitable or viable, alternative piercing or jewellery options may be offered.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments booked using a Gift Card remain subject to the Isha Body Jewellery Booking Cancellation Policy.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, missed appointments or appointments moved more than once within a 24 hour notice period may result in the Gift Card balance being retained as the applicable cancellation fee.
