Please note: this booking covers the piercing service only. Jewellery cost is extra and paid at the appointment. A single stud is £25+ and a pair is £50+.

A CANCELLATION FEE (THE BOOKING PRE-PAYMENT FEE) WILL APPLY FOR THE FOLLOWING:

*Arriving more than 10 minutes late, not-showing or cancelling within 48 hours of the appointment. [PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations/reschedules are only accepted when made via the hyperlink in the emailed booking confirmation or speaking to us direct over the phone. We do not accept cancellations via social media, email or voicemails].
*Being under the influence of alcohol, or drugs or displaying abusive behaviour.
*Being under the minimum required age for the specific piercing and/or if under 18, not bringing a legal parent/guardian.
*Forgetting to bring a hard copy of Government-issued photo identification - PHOTOCOPIES ARE NOT ACCEPTED. This is required for BOTH parent/legal guardian AND child (if a client is under 18).
*Attending without a Doctor’s note to permit safe piercing/healing for conditions including diabetes, epilepsy, haemophilia, or heart conditions.
*Bringing unsupervised young children to the appointment unless they are booked in.
