Cancellation Policy

Isha Body Jewellery Service Booking Cancellation Policy

Appointment cancellations are only accepted over the phone on 01305 266434 or through the Booking Confirmation email “cancellation” link.  We cannot guarantee to receive voicemails or emails of this nature.

If you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice in advance, we cannot fill that time slot, and other clients miss out on the chance to receive our services.

We realise that it is easy to forget an appointment, so our appointment reminders notifications are sent out 48 hours in advance.

We will require a service fee pre-payment to secure all bookings.  This becomes the Cancellation fee if the booking cannot be fulfilled.

Cancellation fees will apply during the following:
  1. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee of 100% of the reserved service cost.
  2. Missed appointments “no shows” or arriving late by more than 1/3 into the allocated time slot (e.g. 10 minutes into a 30-minute appointment), will not allow suitable time to perform the service booked.  This will require 100% fee of the reserved service cost.
  3. Cancellation of an appointment made within 24 hours prior will require at least 4 hours’ notice. A failure to provide it will result in a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service cost.
  4. Multiple services not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment will be charged 100% of the reserved services’ cost. 
  5. Bringing children to the appointment.  We cannot safely conduct the service when children are in the studio. We cannot be responsible for their supervision in the shop. This will incur a 100% fee of the reserved service cost.
  6. Not fulfilling the requirements of the booking.  Minors (under 18’s) require Parental Consent and Government issued Photo Identification must be shown for both individuals.  Parents are required to chaperone throughout the service booking.  Some services require a minimum age which is stated in the booking information.  We are unable to proceed with the service booking if the Minor attends without a Parent/Legal Guardian, forgets one sets of Photo ID or they do not meet the minimum age.  Where this is the case, 100% of the service cost will be incurred.
The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable us to inform our standby clients of any availability, keep our schedule filled, thus providing better service for each one of our established and future clients.
