Shipping policy


Orders received before 2pm, Tuesday to Friday (UK time) are usually dispatched the same working day unless otherwise stated on the product page.

All orders are shipped using fully tracked and insured delivery services designed to protect fine jewellery in transit.


UK DELIVERY OPTIONS

Standard Tracked Delivery – From £4.99

Shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or equivalent fully tracked service.

  • Fully tracked delivery

  • Delivery aim: 3–5 business days

  • Letterbox-friendly for most jewellery orders

  • Fully insured in transit

Larger or heavier orders may be sent as a Small Parcel service from £5.99.

Free Standard Tracked Delivery is available on UK orders over £150.


Express Delivery – £11.99

Shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent next working day service.

  • Fully tracked

  • Signature on delivery

  • Fully insured in transit

  • Delivery aim: 1–2 business days

Please note:
Royal Mail next working day services do not include guaranteed Saturday delivery unless Saturday Guaranteed Delivery is specifically selected at checkout.


Saturday Guaranteed Delivery – £17.99

Guaranteed Saturday delivery service for urgent orders placed before the applicable dispatch cut-off.

  • Fully tracked

  • Signature on delivery

  • Fully insured in transit

Availability may vary depending on the order time and delivery postcode.


FREE UK DELIVERY

UK orders over £150 qualify for Free Standard Tracked Delivery.

Customers may still upgrade to Express Delivery or Saturday Guaranteed Delivery at checkout for an additional charge.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Selected international destinations are available using fully tracked and insured delivery services.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Delivery times vary depending on destination country, customs clearance and local postal services.

Please note:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or local VAT charges determined by the destination country. These charges are not collected by Isha Body Jewellery and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate or reimburse these charges.

Customers are responsible for ensuring jewellery imports are permitted within their destination country prior to ordering.


DISPATCH TIMES

Orders placed before 2pm (Tue–Fri) are usually dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 2pm, during weekends or on UK bank holidays will dispatch the next working day.

Pre-order, anodised or custom-made items may require additional processing time as stated on the relevant product page.


TRACKING & DELIVERY UPDATES

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Please monitor tracking updates carefully and ensure any delivery instructions or collection arrangements are managed directly with the carrier where required.


LOSS, DAMAGE OR DELAY

All shipments are insured in transit.

If your parcel appears lost, delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 working days so we can assist with the carrier investigation process.

For confirmed lost parcels, a replacement or refund will be offered once the carrier investigation has been completed.


ADDRESS ISSUES & RETURNED PARCELS

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • an incomplete or incorrect address

  • missed delivery or collection

  • refusal of the parcel

  • unpaid customs or import charges

…the original shipping charges are non-refundable and additional postage costs may be required before the parcel can be resent.
