My 11 year old daughter, wanting to get her ears pierced, was tightly wound up with emotions before stepping through the door to the workshop (nearly as much as me). But as soon as she was in, we were welcomed by a total professional, caring, warm, pressure-less atmosphere.
We spent our first 20/30 minutes carefully, with no time restraint, choosing the right earrings for my daughter with the knowledgeable help of the lady downstairs.
We were then introduced to Emma, the owner and director, who was piercing my daughter's ears that day, and subsequently led upstairs to the well equipped, very clean, work environment.
Emma has that natural talent to put anyone's mind at ease. Emma spoke to my daughter, and me, throughout the whole process. Not only did Emma explain the whole process step by step as we went through it but she was extremely friendly, making us feel at home and easing both of our nerves.
Throughout the whole process (from booking, going to the workshop, checking identification, choosing the earrings, having the ears pierced, after care), me and my daughter were treated with top class professional and friendly attitudes, in a workshop that isn't out of place of the 21st century and would easily compete in any of the top cities in the world. The hardest part was my daughter choosing from a wide array of beautiful, modern and high class earrings (blue, mother of pearl in fact!). My only regret is that my wife won't let me get a piercing!!

Absolute top quality service from start to finish. Emma was very informative and calming to my 8 year old that desperately wanted her ears pierced.
After having a bad experience somewhere else. Emma pierced my daughters first ear she had a meltdown but emma gave her time, when she calmed down, she allowed emma to do the other ear.
Emma was very patient, she will only go ahead with the child’s consent. My daughter has sensory issues so they allowed us to go in and see the shop before going to our appointment and talked her through everything. Would highly recommend.
