Due to the layout and age of the building, certain areas of the studio do have physical access limitations.
Our upstairs piercing studio is located on the same level as the main shop floor and is wheelchair accessible.

We understand that some clients may feel anxious, overwhelmed or more sensitive to busy environments, noise or unfamiliar experiences.
Our team aims to create a calm, supportive and professional environment, and wherever possible we are happy to discuss quieter appointment times, private appointments or additional consultation time if required.
Clients are always welcome to communicate any sensory considerations or concerns in advance so we can help make the experience as comfortable as possible.
To help maintain concentration, safety and a calm clinical environment during procedures, we generally limit additional people within the piercing room wherever possible.
However, we fully understand that some clients may require a support person, chaperone, parent, guardian or carer due to medical, accessibility or mental health requirements.
Clients are welcome to discuss this with us in advance, and there is also the option to discreetly request a carer or support person during the consent form process.
Where appropriate, we will always do our best to accommodate individual requirements wherever reasonably possible.
If you have mobility concerns or would benefit from assistance with arrival arrangements, please contact the studio prior to your appointment.
For certain appointments, alternative arrival arrangements may be discussed depending on appointment type and studio scheduling.
