Our lifetime guarantee currently applies to jewellery manufactured by:

The guarantee covers genuine manufacturing defects such as:

• unreliable fasteners
• faulty hinges
• fallen stones
• manufacturing failures

The guarantee does not cover:

• accidental damage or impact
• loss or transportation damage
• improper insertion, use or storage
• exposure to chemicals or solvents
• modifications or unauthorised repairs
• normal wear and tear
• damage caused by mixing incompatible threaded jewellery brands
• repeated stress strain on pin anchorage points
• failure to follow jewellery care advice

We strongly recommend obtaining suitable insurance for valuable jewellery items.

All warranty items must be returned to us or your nearest stockist, for manufacturer assessment. Where a workmanship fault is confirmed, the item will either be repaired or replaced where repair is not possible.

Please note:

• refunds are not available on warranty items
• final warranty decisions remain with the manufacturer
• rejected claims may incur return postage or repair costs
• in some cases, manufacturers may authorise returns through another approved stockist closer to your location
