We offer a lifetime guarantee on items manufactured by the following Brands: Anatometal, BVLA, Clickerino, Industrial Strength, Junipurr, LeRoi, Modern Mood and NeoMetal.  

The Guarantee covers defects in workmanship, such as an unreliable fastener or a fallen stone. It does not cover loss.  We recommend Accidental Loss Insurance for expensive items.

The Guarantee does not cover damage from: 

• transportation;

• storage;

• improper use;

• repeated stress-strain on pin anchorage points; 
  
  

• exposure to solvents or chemicals;

• failure to follow product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance;

• modifications;

• unauthorised repair;

• normal wear and tear; or

• external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

The faulty item will require returning to us.  Workmanship faults will be repaired, and if not possible, the item will be replaced. Refunds are not available on warranty items.  The cost of postage will also be covered by the guarantee.

In some instances, Brands will allow the purchaser to return items to another stockist near the customer.  Please contact us first.

Please note: The final decision on the damage to the piece lies with the manufacturer.  If the item is not covered by the guarantee, the cost of repair and postage will be required as set by the Manufacturer.
