From genuine diamonds and precious gemstones to synthetic stones, implant-grade titanium and solid gold, we'll guide you through the options to create jewellery that's made especially for you.

We'll carefully review your request and email you with a full quotation, estimated manufacturing timeframe and expected delivery times.
If you'd like to proceed, we'll send you an invoice for a 50% deposit. Your jewellery is only ordered once this payment has been received.
Your jewellery will be handcrafted by the manufacturer before being shipped to the UK. Manufacturing times vary between brands and throughout the year.
Once your jewellery arrives, we'll contact you to arrange payment of the remaining balance and either collection from our studio or postage to your chosen address.

Minimum custom order value: £150. This helps cover overseas shipping costs from our manufacturers.
Smaller orders are welcome but may need to wait until our next scheduled manufacturer order, which could be up to three months, depending on when your enquiry is received.
Completing this form is not placing an order. We'll first confirm all specifications, availability, pricing and estimated lead times.
A 50% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required before any jewellery is ordered.
As every custom order is made specifically for you, deposits cannot be refunded or transferred once your order has been placed with the manufacturer.
Manufacturing and international shipping times are estimates only and may occasionally change due to circumstances outside our control.
When your jewellery arrives, we'll contact you to arrange payment of the remaining balance together with any applicable postage charges.
Collection orders should be collected within three months of notification. Jewellery that remains uncollected beyond this period may be considered abandoned, and both the jewellery and deposit may be forfeited.
