We strongly recommend that initial jewellery worn in a healing piercing should be left in place or where required, changed by a licenced piercer only.   Changing jewellery at home using non-sterile jewellery, before the piercing has fully healed, can risk infection.  Please consult your piercer wherever possible.  

UK standard vacuum sterilisation, autoclaved at Isha Studio. ***Price is for one item *** If your order contains more than one item, please detail which item requires sterilising in the checkout notes. Each item will be sterilised in a paper pouch with a light blue window.  Unless damaged, the contents remain sterile, for one year from when they were autoclaved.  The process date is detailed on each pouch.

Sterilisation is only available on jewellery purchased from Isha Body Jewellery that is of suitable hypoallergenic material: Implant/Medical Grade Titanium ASTM F-136/F138, 14ct/18ct Gold, Niobium or our Boroscilicate Glass.  This can be found here: Jewellery For Studio Piercing - Isha Body Jewellery.  Other materials will not be sterilised (non-implant grade steel or titanium).

Please allow 48 hours for sterilisation of jewellery.  This is only available when the studio is open and not booked with appointments.  

We offer fully tracked and insured delivery services designed to safely transport fine jewellery.

Orders placed before 2pm (Tuesday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day unless otherwise stated.

Express Delivery uses Royal Mail Special Delivery or an equivalent fully tracked next working day service.

Please note that Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantees next working day delivery only. Saturday guaranteed delivery is available at an additional surcharge and must be selected at checkout.

International orders are welcomed; however, customs duties, taxes and import fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are outside our control and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS

Due to hygiene regulations, body jewellery may only be returned if:

• Unopened
• Unworn
• Unused
• Returned with all hygiene seals fully intact

Opened or worn jewellery cannot be refunded for health and safety reasons.

Returns must be requested through your online customer account within 30 days of delivery.
