Anodising

Add your choice of colour to any of our titanium or niobium products! 

Anodising is a process by which the oxide layer on the surface of the metal is changed in depth and colour, according to the voltage passed from the anodiser through the jewellery.  This is not an additional layer or plating, but a change to the product's surface.  Therefore, anodised jewellery is safe to wear in fresh and healed piercings! 

Select your colour below and we will anodise the titanium or niobium jewellery in your order.  Please specify which product(s) you require anodising in the notes at checkout. The price is for a single item. 

Please note:

• We can only anodise our new APP-approved Brands of titanium and niobium jewellery.
• Please allow 2-3 days for Anodising which may delay order processing. 
• Please do not expect copper or golden yellow to be an exact match for solid gold.  They do, however, make a great alternative to the darker, polished titanium!
• We cannot anodise chains or dangles effectively. 
• To prolong the colour of anodised jewellery avoid contact with peroxide or face washes/acne products containing acid. These will cause discolouration.
• Anodising will fade over time. The rate of this is determined by skin pH level, which can vary from person to person.

Jewellery measurements, including gauge, length and internal diameter, are listed within each product description where applicable.

We strongly recommend professional sizing where possible; however, we understand this is not always practical. Using your existing jewellery as a guide is often the easiest way to determine sizing.

To help protect your jewellery, avoid harsh chemicals, excessive force and unnecessary removal.

Threaded ends should be tightened carefully and checked regularly. Threadless pins should be handled gently, as repeated bending can weaken or snap the pin.

Express Delivery uses Royal Mail Special Delivery or an equivalent insured next working day service.

Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantees next working day delivery only. Saturday guaranteed delivery incurs an additional surcharge determined by Royal Mail and must be specifically selected at checkout.

RETURNS:
Due to hygiene regulations, body jewellery may only be returned if:

• unopened
• unworn
• unused
• and returned with all hygiene seals fully intact

Opened or worn jewellery cannot be refunded for health and safety reasons.

Returns must be requested through your online customer account within 30 days of delivery.
