Beautiful forward-facing gem featuring a Genuine Swarovski Zircon for a dazzling rook or eyebrow piercing. This beautifully reflective gem will fit a NeoMetal curved, circular or straight barbell shaft from our Basic Essentials collection (not included).

NeoMetal manufactures 18g curved posts with 2.5mm gem balls and 16g curved posts with 3mm gem balls as standard.  

Originally pioneered by NeoMetal, the push-fit design is now a popular choice and simple to fit.  The threadless pin is slightly bent to create a tight fit inside the labret. To remove or insert, just tug gently on the round gem end and it will come apart from the post.
