I’ve been dealing with a difficult daith healing process, but since swapping to this spray it’s been much better. Even with saline solution I was having to constantly clean off “crusties” which was causing irritation, but since using this spray twice daily there isn’t any more crust. So would definitely recommend :) xo

Excellent service, product is so easy to use, a fine mist spray any angle, perfect for after showers if any soap has got into the piercing I have a surface piercing on my wrist and this is perfect, perfect for travelling, will be purchasing again.

Love this product especially for use on brand new piercings I have ordered a few for my new piercings and I’m happy with what it does.
The product does the job it’s suppose to do but the p&p is quite expensive in my opinion and this site doesn’t do really any good deals on the p&p

The NeilMed we sell for an extremely low profit but it is important to us to ensure happy, healthy piercings. We only charge £3.99 for standard postage and Royal Mail charge us £4.58. There is also the cost of the protective packaging x2 (as this is a restricted aerosol) the overheads we encounter , the card insert and of course staff time packaging too. This company is the only place I'll purchase this spray mist from & this is the 3rd or 4th order I've purchased. Delivery is very quick & the price is very reasonable. Everything is packaged very well & the quality of the jiffy bag is great.
I've tried other types of saline spray but this brand with the type of nozzle I've found best. I'll be buying more bottles of this spray & I've found the bigger bottle more cost effective in the long run. I need to keep my still healing piercings clean & have more planned so there will be more orders.
Good quality product. I’ve been using it to clean and reduce the lumps on my daith piercing. So far it’s working.

Going from making salt soaks myself every night to using this has been a huge change, wish I’d discovered it sooner!
Delivery was quick, nozzle on bottle is really helpful for aiming in correct direction and cleaning the piercing.
I ordered the NeillMed Wound Wash and I can't believe the difference it's made to my new piercings. They are healing much faster than when I was just using salt and water.
I was pleased that the Item arrived quickly because I had run out and still needing to use it. It is exactly as ordered.

Very happy with this saline spray! Don’t know if it’s coincidence as I adjusted a couple of other things too but my irritation bump has been so much better since I swapped to using this spray. I intend to buy another one to keep in my swim bag to use in the morning, rather than having to keep swapping it from home to bag. Very happy! 😊
The spray wound wash is a game changer. I think it has contributed to my successful ear piercings! 3 weeks in, swelling is all gone, I've hardly had to touch my ears! Will be buying more!

If you’re like me and are a little nervous about touching that freshly pierced part of you then this is perfect. The spray comes out as a fine mist so gentle whilst doing the job. Also very handy for cleaning up other cuts and grazes.
I love this shop!! I have been shopping with them since 2019. Before Ear Stacks were a thing!! I have loved every piece and will continue my curation as a girl cannot have enough piercings or diamond earrings!!
Unfortunately I didn't received the product. No damage to the packaging, the product just wasn't included. mistakes happen I guess.
Having not had anything pierced in over 40 years, it came as a complete and welcome surprise for the care that was taken during my visit. All the members of staff were fantastic. Everything was explained and the actual procedure was brilliant, each step explained before moving on. I would definitely recommend. Thanks x
