The narrow design of this attachment hides it perfectly perfectly behind an attachment and clips into a 16 or 14g ring via the two indentations at the ends. Once in place, team with any Industrial Strength threaded end - just make sure the thread size matches at 1.2mm! Please note: Industrial Strength threaded ends and labrets must be teamed together to guarantee a smooth and secure thread alignment. Other threaded jewellery Brands are unlikely to fit!
