Threaded ends should be tightened carefully and checked regularly. Threadless pins should be handled gently, as repeated bending can weaken or snap the pin.

Beautiful! Got this for my tragus as even 5mm was too long for me. I’ve ordered a few times from Isha before and I’ve always been very happy! 100% recommend.
I love the Junipurr pieces that Isha stocks. I always go in and choose it in person before I have my piercing so I can hold it up against my ear to see what it will look like ❤️.
I was sold a labaret that was supposed to be a “standard” length. It turned out to be too short. After struggling to get into my nostril piercing, the next morning my nose was swollen and full of pus.
I went back into the store and was told there is nothing to be done other than spend money for a longer length and have the piercer fit it for me. I had already spent £35, and because of their mistake I now had to spend another £30. Sorry, but £65 is a bit much to change my jewellery. I went home and took it out, my nostril piercing has now closed up. In my opinion Isha is more interested in making money than having a satisfied customer!!!!!

Hi Mary,
I understand you came into the shop several times to discuss new jewellery for your piercing obtained at another studio. You were advised to book in for a sterile jewellery fitting where I could have assessed your piercing health to ensure correct jewellery size, style and most importantly, maintain asepsis to reduce the risk of infection. You left to book online later, once you’d consulted your diary.
In the meantime, you did however, fit the jewellery yourself using alcohol to “sterilise”. This in combination with fitting non-sterile jewellery at home most certainly irritated the open wound and probably contributed to an infection risk.
On the Saturday you and I met, your piercing was inflamed, and we did discuss the cause. You acknowledged your piercing was only 4 months and still healing. You also acknowledged your previous Piercer stating that healing would take approximately 9 months. Despite being fully booked, I offered to forfeit my only break that day at 3pm. Sadly, although I waited, you didn’t show or call to cancel.
To remove an inflamed and swollen piercing does require several sterile tools and would require an up size in jewellery length to maintain the piercing and allow recovery. A larger disc to the outside was also necessary as the current one was sitting inside the piercing fistula. This was a requirement to keep the piercing. We also discussed removal.
The jewellery we retail is of the highest standard – approved and verified by the Association of Professional Piercers. It is highly polished and guaranteed for life against workmanship defects.
I am sorry you feel we are to blame but I am sorrier you were not able to book in at the first instance where this outcome would have been prevented. I am saddened to read your thoughts on how I run the business; it is quite the contrary as you will read in the other reviews on Google and Facebook.

I needed slightly longer posts for my third lobe piercings which were downsized from 8mm to 6mm but due to swelling had to upsize again. The 8mm became too long once the swelling went down and felt 7mm would be a nice in between to change to that can accommodate a little flare up. I have some cartilage piercings which are also playing up and feel like 7mm will be better for them once they’ve calmed down. I find 6mm a little too short for the cartilage so these 7mm should be perfect. Fantastic service from Isha! My go-to jewellery shop now:-) Emma is amazing!
Very professional, lovely staff, I had my nose pierced and it has healed lovely and the jewellery is beautiful and of a high quality, I’m very pleased as I had my nose pierced many years ago elsewhere and had to take it out as it wouldn’t heal.
The flat back is so tricky to put in your nose and equally challenging is the stone to put on to it 😔
I absolutely love the stone that I chose. Unfortunately I'm not able to wear it due to the style of fitting and simply not able to fit myself. 😔 (I have persevered)

She did recall recommending an appointment to have it fitted with our Piercers (myself or Steph), particularly as you were new to this style of jewellery, but you declined owing to time constraints. You were also recommended an insertion taper, and for a small additional cost, would have helped you insert the jewellery at home. I was met with very friendly staff at reception. Lauren and Steph explained everything in detail and made me feel very at ease even though I was very anxious.
